it hailed through my window on a may day and the large chunks melted in front of my eyes.

there was a starving still-alive pancake flat lizard next to my garbage can on the floor which 

moved in spurts and i felt very sad for its being and took it outside & placed it amongst a wet 

bush and some crumpled leaves.

wind howls at night and i like to listen.
